On the final day, I earned a sneak peek of the new workout being released in July The program is called Country Heat and is an awesome workout for people who are new to working out, love line dancing, and/or people who are looking for a great, fun sweat!
I also earned an exclusive photo opp with all the celebrity trainers. It's always an honor to get to meet the people who are changing so many lives!

I am a classroom teacher who used her classroom skills in her coaching business. Two years into coaching, I retired from the classroom so that I could focus more on this incredible opportunity! I had no intention of leaving the classroom, but as my business grew I realized that my passion for helping others achieve physical and financial success was too powerful to not pursue it full time.
I often think to myself how different my life would be in I didn't purchase Insanity, if I didn't see a post about coaching, if I didn't think to myself, there has to be more to life than just getting by!
